About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our Property & Facilities team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facility Management: Maintain a clean and efficient environment for patients and staff by overseeing vendor tasks, managing reception duties, and conducting regular checks for mosquito breeding and building upkeep.
  • Administrative Support: Create and maintain patient case files, manage logistic terminations, and handle administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Education: A diploma or degree in a relevant field such as business administration or operations management is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
