Job Title: Clinic Support Associate

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Clinic Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our clinical staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

**Responsibilities:**
• Answer telephone calls, screen, and direct callers
• Take and relay messages in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide information to callers, ensuring their needs are met
• Greet persons entering the organization with a warm and welcoming smile
• Direct persons to the correct destination efficiently
• Deal with queries from the public and customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization
• Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed
• Prepare letters and documents accurately and efficiently
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries in a timely manner
• Schedule appointments effectively and communicate them to relevant parties

**Requirements:**
• Minimum O Level qualification or equivalent
• Ability to commit 5 days a week
