Job Title:

Clinical Support Associate

Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Clinical Support Associate to join our team in Sengkang clinic. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Registration: Greet patients, take their vital signs, and update patient information.
  • Dispensing: Assist pharmacists with dispensing medication and providing patients with instructions on how to use their medications.
  • Clinical Duties: Perform simple clinical duties such as eye-checks, ECGs, and other tasks assigned by the medical team.

Requirements:
  • Commitment: Able to commit at least 6 months to the role.
  • Scheduling: Available to work on Mondays from 6:30 pm to 9 pm and Saturdays from 8:30 am to 1 pm.
  • Language Skills: Mandarin language skills are an advantage but not required.

Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate of $12-$14, depending on relevant experience.
