Job Overview

Our organization is seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep and repair of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the commissioning team to inspect, test, and repair equipment as needed.
  • Support maintenance work planning and scheduling alongside the engineer.
  • Assign and track individual tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
  • Maintain adequate inventory of tools, supplies, and parts for effective equipment repairs.
  • Perform mechanical fitting tasks, including alignment, grinding, and cutting.
  • Servicing, repairing, and overhauling equipment such as pumps and blowers when required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Min 3-5 years' maintenance experience in similar industries such as Water Treatment, Chemical, and Oil & Gas
  • Comfortable with working 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday)
