About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, resilient microservices-based systems.

  • Architect solutions with a React front-end and .NET backend, ensuring high performance and security while driving innovation in a collaborative environment.
  • Focus on designing microservices systems that meet scalability and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in microservices and full-stack development.
  • Develop and implement technology roadmaps to drive innovation and stay ahead of competitors.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Lead cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Leadership and Mentorship
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to help them grow professionally.
  • Mentor technical leaders to develop their skills and expertise.
Culture and Values
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Embody the company's values and promote them throughout the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on microservices.
  • Expertise in React and .NET development.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with serverless and event-driven systems.
  • Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, and OpenID Connect protocols.
