Senior Bus Infrastructure Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Bus Infrastructure Management team.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operations, maintenance, and management of bus infrastructure to ensure smooth bus operations and a good commuter experience. This includes overseeing bus infrastructure operations to ensure business continuity and asset functional status.
This role requires strong communication and coordination skills to manage relationships with bus operators and vendors to ensure coordinated responses and solutions while minimizing disruption to regular operations during incidents.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for bus infrastructural matters is also essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage audit function to ensure all bus infrastructure are properly maintained and comply with established requirements.
- Maintain oversight of all works and activities that affect bus infrastructure to ensure proper interfacing by LTA/external project teams with bus operators.
- To identify areas for improvement and ensuring operational conditions remain optimal.
- Assess bus infrastructure capacity to ensure optimal operations when there are bus service variations.
- Manage relationships with both bus operators and vendors to ensure coordinated responses and solutions while minimising disruption to regular operations during incidents.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for bus infrastructural matters.
We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong analytical, communication, writing, and presentation skills with attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in liaising with stakeholders across all organisational levels are required. A creative and hands-on individual with an excellent ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment is essential.
Preferably 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the bus industry, asset management or facility management. Candidates without direct experience but with a strong interest and relevant skills are welcome to apply.
