Bus Infrastructure Operations Specialist

As a key member of our team, this role oversees bus infrastructure operations to ensure business continuity and asset functional status. We seek an individual with strong communication and coordination skills to excel in this dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all bus infrastructure is properly maintained and complies with established requirements through regular audits.
- Maintain oversight of works and activities affecting bus infrastructure, ensuring proper interfacing between LTA/external project teams and bus operators.
- Assess bus infrastructure capacity to ensure optimal operations during bus service variations.
- Manage relationships with bus operators and vendors to minimize disruption to regular operations during incidents.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on bus infrastructural matters.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience in the bus industry, asset management, or facility management.
- Strong analytical, communication, writing, and presentation skills with attention to details.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in liaising with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Creative, hands-on individuals with excellent ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
