Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Specialist to join our team in the Asia Pacific region. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the APAC Marketing team, including logistics, inventory management, and event coordination.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Agilent offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Responsibilities
  • Logistics: Coordinate shipments, arrange for shipping and logistics, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, update inventory listings, and communicate with the team through Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Event Management: Coordinate logistics, manage marketing activities, and prepare materials for events.
  • Administration: Provide administrative support to the APAC Marketing team, including updating the website, generating reports, and handling confidential information.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Experience with platforms such as SAP CRM, SAP ARIBA, Microsoft SharePoint, and Asana.
Working Conditions
