Interior Design Expertise Wanted

We seek a highly skilled Interior Designer to contribute to the success of our business by creating interior designs that meet clients' needs and requirements.

  • Communicate with clients to understand their lifestyle, needs, and visual direction.
  • Create 3D, 2D, and sketchup design plans that meet clients' needs and budget.
  • Prepare 'mood boards' to sample design vision.
  • Set project timelines and manage project completion.
  • Submit progress claims and invoices for payment.
  • Develop quotations for interior design projects.
  • Maintain industry knowledge and upgrade skills to stay relevant.
  • Coordinate site visits, liaise with suppliers, and manage interior design projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements.
  • Create high-quality design plans that meet clients' needs.
  • Prepare mood boards to visualize design concepts.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion.
  • Submit accurate progress claims and invoices.
  • Develop competitive quotations for interior design projects.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Effectively coordinate site visits and manage interior design projects.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent in Architecture/Interior Design.
  • At least one year of experience in interior design or related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, or other design software.
  • Excellent communication, creative, and time management skills.
  • Ability to follow through on proposed designs and deliver quality results.
  • Good teamwork and independent work capabilities.
