Regional QHSE Manager Job Summary
">- Lead Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) management systems across Singapore and Malaysia ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
This Regional QHSE Manager position involves driving a safety culture, conducting audits/inspections and managing incident investigations with corrective action plans.
Responsibilities include overseeing import/export compliance including customs regulations sanctions and international trade laws while advising leadership on compliance risks.
Manage subcontractor portfolio covering trucking transportation and cargo handling vendors including procurement contracts and audits.
Lead and develop a team of QHSE professionals setting KPIs promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
Build strong relationships with authorities industry bodies and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum degree in relevant field and above
- Minimum 5 years' QHSE experience in leadership role in logistics/supply chain industry
- Well-versed in safety environmental and trade compliance regulations in Singapore and Malaysia
