Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Organizational Change Management Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in change management and a growth mindset, customer focus, and an inclusive approach to working with others.

  • Navigate complex organizational structures to effectively deliver OCM solutions.
  • Contribute to business growth by supporting proposal development and client presentations.
  • Adhere to project governance and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand change goals and develop effective adoption strategies.
  • Lead and manage high-impact OCM initiatives.
  • Mentor and coach team members to ensure high-quality OCM delivery.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of OCM methodologies and tools.
  • Develop and implement effective communication and training plans.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of OCM deliverables.

Required skills and qualifications:

Education
  • Master's degree in Business administration, Change Management or related fields.
Experience
  • 7+ years of OCM experience in consulting, preferably with a minimum of 2 years of technology consulting.
Skills
  • Strong consulting skills, including strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
