Requirements

A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required. A minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with a focus on Compensation and Benefits and Payroll, is also necessary. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in managing payroll and Compensation and Benefits functions, as well as strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and payroll regulations.

  • Expert proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
