Store Operations Manager Role

The Store Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing various responsibilities including work order documentation, billing, procurement, parts issuance, warranty claims, and stock taking. The role also involves collaborating with the Finance team to manage stock value accounting and providing support for customer service requests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage work order documentation, billing, and procurement
- Issue parts and handle warranty claims from principals
- Conduct stock taking and assist in stock value accounting
- Support customer service requests and general administrative tasks

Requirements:
- Min. NITEC in Logistics Management or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in operations, inventory/store management, or administrative roles is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
