Customer Experience Representative

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable shopping experiences for travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and Assistance: Welcome customers and provide assistance with their queries and needs.

Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our wide range of duty-free products and be able to provide recommendations.

Sales and Service: Promote and sell products effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and store objectives.

Store Maintenance: Maintain organized and attractive product displays, restock shelves as needed, and ensure the store remains tidy.

Transactions and Inventory: Process transactions efficiently, manage payments, and support with inventory management and stock taking activities.

Adherence to Standards: Adhere to store policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

Work Schedule: 5 days work week including weekend (44 hours rotating shift)

Previous Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service role is a plus

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure and remain efficient during busy periods

Flexibility: Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods of time
