Job Overview:
    The Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is seeking a highly skilled Change Communications Manager to join its team. This role will be responsible for creating and implementing effective change communication programs for key initiatives in the Student and Academic Services Department.

    Main Responsibilities:
    - Develop and implement change communication plans targeted at NTU staff and students.
    - Create engaging content and direct creative execution to provide consistent, targeted, and impactful change communication messages.
    - Collaborate with key stakeholders on change communication matters like presentations and communication materials.
    - Build and maintain solid partnerships with internal NTU stakeholders to better develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate strategic change management and communications designed to meet business goals.
    - Design campaigns to target specific audiences, placing an emphasis on campaign performance to help with recommendations for future programmes.
    Key Skills and Qualifications:
    - Minimum 8 years in strategic communication, project communication, or equivalent in a large organisation.
    - Minimum 8 years in change management with the ability to effectively communicate and facilitate organisational change initiatives.
    - Strong, versatile copywriting skills to create engaging and impactful content across various channels.
