Job Description

  • Technical Support: Provide critical technical support for production machinery to ensure compliance with cGMP standards, guaranteeing high-quality output and efficient manufacturing processes.
  • Machine Operation: Operate production machinery, achieve daily production targets, perform mold setup and maintenance as needed, and contribute to the smooth operation of the production line.
  • Maintenance: Perform troubleshooting, servicing, calibration, and preventive maintenance on production machines, jigs, and fixtures to minimize downtime and maintain equipment reliability.
  • Safety and Compliance: Uphold safety procedures and ensure all activities comply with approved processes, fostering a safe working environment and adhering to quality standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement based on production line conditions and troubleshooting experiences, proposing effective solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Education: A National Institute of Technology (NITEC) certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering is required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a fully automated manufacturing environment with hands-on electrical and mechanical component knowledge is preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to read electrical/mechanical diagrams and knowledge in polymer engineering and precision part molding are highly valued.
  • Work Conditions: Willingness to work in shift patterns, overtime, weekends, and in clean room environments is essential.
