Job Summary

The Singapore Island Country Club is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Golf Course Superintendent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of course maintenance and upkeep.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and prioritize work to achieve optimal course conditions and worker productivity.
  • Supervise and train course maintenance staff to ensure they meet the highest standards.
  • Conduct daily inspections of the course and prepare weekly reports on maintenance activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual course maintenance budget.
  • Plan and maintain all landscape and horticultural work within the Club premises.
  • Supervise tree planting projects and other assigned tasks.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of golf play, course design, and turf management.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Positive attitude towards teamwork and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of staff.
