Senior Biomedical Data Analyst

Our team seeks a Biomedical Signal Engineer to develop research capabilities and collaborate with senior engineers on biomedical testing, signal analysis, and data pipelines. This role will leverage our Centre for Clinical Pharmacology in Singapore and work with internal teams to support DHT studies.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage DHT testing capabilities, collaborating with senior engineers and managing lab space and equipment.
- Assist in developing evaluation tests and user acceptance tests for related DHTs.
- Support data preparation and analysis for evaluations and UATs.
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and workflows to process biomedical datasets.
- Utilize Python and R for data wrangling, analysis, and visualization to support research initiatives.
Basic qualifications include a Ph.D. or Master's Degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or relevant experience in testing of human movement, signal processing analytics, and computer programming skills.
Additional Skills/Preferences- Experience working with motion capture systems, image analysis, and gait labs.
- Knowledge of data engineering, database management, statistical analysis, and visualization tools to analyze complex data sets.
- Ability to manage a diverse workload, set priorities, and adjust as needed.
- Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making skills.
