Job Description:

The Assistant Centre Head is a crucial role within our educational institution, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the overall well-being of children at the centre.

As a key member of our team, you will be working closely with the Centre Head to implement effective strategies for child development, learning, and growth. Your primary focus will be on supporting the Centre Head in their day-to-day activities, as well as planning, delivering, and presenting lesson content to children.

Key responsibilities include regular liaison with parents and caregivers to provide feedback on children's behavioural and learning progress, as well as supervising and coaching primary school children to ensure completion of daily homework and spelling tasks.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of children at the centre, while also assisting in the upkeep of daily operations.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong background in education and childcare. You should have experience in supervising and coaching children, as well as being able to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
