Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Professional to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and/or forward enquiries to the respective personnel.
- Generate reports on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
- Minimum 'A' Levels and Diploma holder.
- Good communication skills, meticulous and detailed.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- No work experience required; training will be provided.
