Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Professional to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and/or forward enquiries to the respective personnel.
  • Generate reports on a monthly basis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 'A' Levels and Diploma holder.
  • Good communication skills, meticulous and detailed.
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • No work experience required; training will be provided.
