Job Title: Language Communication Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate individual to join our remote team as a Language Communication Specialist. In this role, you will provide accurate and professional interpretation services between English and Mandarin.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to work overnight shifts as scheduled. Prior experience in interpretation or translation is a plus, but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and professional interpretation services between English and Mandarin.
  • Maintain neutrality, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times, especially in high-pressure or sensitive scenarios.
  • Use strong listening and memory retention skills (including note-taking) to ensure accurate communication.
  • Faithfully convey the original message without omitting or altering meaning.
  • Follow all interpretation protocols and adhere to ethical standards in the industry.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work overnight shifts as scheduled.
