Job Title: Quality Assurance Metrology Engineer

This role offers the opportunity to work with a multi-functional team to understand tools and processes, creating measurement recipes that provide quick and accurate feedback on product integrity. You will be constantly challenged to innovate for newer, faster, and better modes of monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enable production metrology/RDA needs
  • Provide first-level support for engineering requests, recipe maintenance, tool recovery, and basic troubleshooting of tool issues
  • Schedule and perform preventive maintenance on assigned tool sets
  • Ensure all special work requests are processed correctly and in a timely manner
  • Optimize tool maintenance schedules and utilization
  • Resolve sampling strategy to meet business requirements
  • Ensure all metro/RDA tools meet measurement and inspection standards

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering/science/Statistics
  • More than 2 years' experience in metrology/RDA in the semiconductor industry
  • Knowledge of semiconductor metrology/RDA equipment and understanding of statistical process control (SPC), process control, and its reaction mechanism
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, able to identify root causes
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and achieve cross-area engagement/em power a group of people toward a common goal/work and lead team projects
