Eminent Technical Acquisitions Specialist


Job Description:

Procurement Engineer plays a pivotal role in overseeing the purchase of technical equipment for industrial operations. Collaboration with designers and site teams determines necessary equipment, researching vendors, and ordering required items.

The ideal candidate possesses high-level organizational skills to maintain consistent flow of equipment to factories or worksites. Strong negotiation and influencing skills are essential for negotiating purchasing agreements and hiring vendors for projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Negotiating purchase agreements with vendors and awarding contracts for equipment
  • Monitoring adjustments to equipment needed to maintain an optimum supply of equipment
  • Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities
  • Liaising with associates, clients, suppliers, and government authorities

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in the construction sector is required. Good communication skills and teamwork are also essential.
