Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Prepare and track various schedules, including accruals, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and lease & ROU
  • Perform variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Post monthly billing entries and maintain internal cash reconciliation and record cash movements
  • Reconcile monthly balances to fund administrator and compile and distribute monthly expense detail reports
  • Assist with annual audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
  • Maintain appropriate financial controls, policies, and procedures to support existing operations and continued growth of the firm
