Job Title: Service Field Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our service team as a Service Field Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support for the installation, maintenance, and repair of elevators and escalators.

As a Service Field Associate, you will work closely with our service engineers and technicians to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and safely. You will also be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and inspecting equipment, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or higher in Vertical Transportation/Engineering or relevant discipline
  • Valid CoC Certification
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in servicing and maintaining elevators and escalators
  • Basic English Proficiency
