We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Development Manager to join our team and contribute to our success.

The Commercial Development Manager will be responsible for executing strategic marketing and sales plans that align with the company's goals, working closely with internal teams and senior management to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales and marketing experience and be proficient in English (written and spoken).

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business through prospecting, cold calling, and networking, while managing client relationships and providing excellent after-sales service.
  • Generate architectural specifications.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and sales opportunities.
  • Achieve KPIs set by the company.
  • Provide weekly reports.
  • Be a subject matter expert on our products as well as key competitors' products.
  • Identify and develop new markets and improve relationships with existing customers through innovative strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to determine budgets and targets.
  • Develop clear and concise business proposals and reports on new revenue streams, improved products, and new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma.
  • 3+ years of relevant sales and marketing experience.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Conversational Chinese is a bonus.
  • Strong presentation and analytical skills.
  • Results driven and energetic.
  • Tenacious personality and able to work in sometimes rugged conditions at site.
  • Knowledge in the built-environment / building materials / interior design / architecture sector (preferred).
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
