We seek a seasoned Verification Manager to spearhead a passionate team in driving cutting-edge methodologies and strategies for SoC design. This visionary leader will oversee the development of innovative verification techniques in increasingly complex designs, harnessing tools and technologies such as UVM, C/C++ co-simulation, system emulation, and mixed-mode simulation & formal verification.
- Develop and implement state-of-the-art verification methods that push the boundaries of excellence, leveraging leading-edge tools and technologies.
- Conduct thorough reviews of test plans and execute them on-time with high quality, striving for zero-defect results through innovative approaches.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Strong knowledge of SoC design principles, including IP block integration and system-level verification.
- Experience in test plan development, execution, and analysis.
- Familiarity with EDA tools and development flows for ASIC verification.
- A highly disciplined and quality-minded approach, with a strong drive for excellence.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Expertise in UVM verification methodology.
- Experience in C and/or scripting languages like Python or Perl.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Bonus points for experience in RTL design, video processing, and video analytics.
