Job Title: Delivery Installation Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Installation Specialist to join our team.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing quality customer service for all installation jobs. This includes assisting with loading and unloading of boxes, ensuring cleanliness of customer location and delivery vehicle, performing furniture assembly and installation as per manufacturer instructions, and assembling furniture in accordance with safety standards.

Additionally, the candidate will be required to work as a team with drivers and/or delivery attendants, drive lorries (with valid license), and perform wall mounting and wall drilling tasks for select furniture pieces.

Requirements:
  • Must be able to carry heavy loads (up to 30KG) due to physically demanding nature of the job
  • Prior experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to work
  • Basic spoken languages to communicate with different groups of clients/customers is preferred
  • Valid Class 3 driver's license (ability to drive 14-foot trucks) is a bonus
Work Arrangement:

The ideal candidate must be able to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts/off and rest days due to the nature of the work.
