Project Installation Specialist

About the Role

The Project Installation Specialist is a pivotal member of our engineering team, responsible for ensuring the successful installation, testing, and commissioning of security equipment. This position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality engineering projects while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Install, test, and commission security equipment according to industry standards.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to other departments as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to security systems efficiently.
  • Conduct on-site training sessions for clients, equipping them with knowledge about security concepts.
  • Utilize software tools to design security systems, creating detailed building diagrams.

Requirements:

  • Possess a degree in Electronic, Computer, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in security, electronic, or small project implementation and commissioning, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Familiarity with basic IT knowledge in security hardware, network, and database is necessary.
  • Experience with security access control systems, CCTV, and alarm system products/systems is advantageous.
  • Previous exposure to Lenel, GE, Cisco, and S2 systems is highly beneficial.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and coordination skills, with a focus on client service.
