Job Title: Assortment and Insights Operations Associate

Overview of the Role

This position involves analyzing category performance, identifying growth areas and trends, and developing strategies to optimize assortment health across categories. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to drive sales conversion and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform in-depth analysis of category performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics and provide regular updates to relevant teams.
  • Execute and manage programs related to category and traffic operations, ensuring timely delivery and meeting of performance targets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement assortment/category strategies.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Prior experience in a similar role is an asset.
