About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Insurance Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and sales skills, with a proven track record in providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and professional customer service to car insurance customers.
  • Maximize cross-selling opportunities by identifying and promoting relevant insurance products to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and conversion rates.
Requirements:
  • Strong telesales/telemarketing experience, preferably in the car insurance industry.
  • Knowledge of the car insurance market and related regulations.
  • Additional knowledge of general insurance products such as Personal Accident (PA) and Health Insurance (HI).
  • Certifications in BCP and PGI.
  • Ability to work effectively in a tech-driven environment and utilize systems like Salesforce, Slack, and G-drive.
  • Sales and service-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
