Job Title: Senior Product Management Director for Data Center Solutions

As a seasoned product management leader, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our data center solutions across the Asia Pacific region. You will manage the lifecycle of our products, including Hyperscale and Colocation, and work closely with cross-functional teams to align and integrate product strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and communicate company product strategy across Asia Pacific.
  • Manage lifecycle of Hyperscale and Colocation products across various countries and cities.
  • Conduct market research to analyze conditions, identify competitors, and understand customer trends.
  • Prepare product service documentation and policies.
  • Create pricing strategies to cater to different market and customer segments.
  • Assist with product customization and launch new products.
  • Align and integrate product strategies with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop sales tools, product collateral, and presentations; conduct product training.
  • Provide support to sales teams for major customer opportunities and manage bid process, liaising with CTO/Ops team and Sales Engineering.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in product management leadership role, ideally within data center industry.
  • Experience in telecommunications or data center industries essential.
  • Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Team player, comfortable in multicultural, cross-functional, regional work environment.
  • Knowledge of data center specifications for effective customer engagement.
  • Demonstrated leadership across internal and external teams and ability to manage executive relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, 'hunter' mentality, with ability to work independently or within team.
