The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of art direction, solid decision-making skills, and the ability to coach and mentor junior designers.
- Develop and execute strategic art direction that elevates the brand's visual identity.
- Lead creative output from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality deliverables for product campaigns.
- Maintain rigorous quality control standards, reviewing and approving all creative work to ensure it meets brand guidelines and project requirements.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and content, to ensure cohesive and impactful creative outputs.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or a related field with preferably >5 years of experience.
- High technical proficiency and expertise in Adobe suite programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with experience coaching junior team members.
- A strong portfolio showcasing art direction and design work.
This role requires a deep understanding of all major Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, Google advertising, and vertical platforms like TikTok, IG Reels, and YT Shorts.
