  • Provide administrative support to the medical team, including registration, payment collection, and other administrative duties.
  • Assist doctors and nursing colleagues during consultations and procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Support the Clinic Manager in maintaining the smooth operation of the clinic, including inventory management and scheduling.
  • Deliver patient-centric care, providing excellent communication and empathy to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to provide clinical decisions and communicate effectively with patients and their families.
  • Ensure prompt attention to feedback and maintain a high level of patient satisfaction.
  • Comply with MOH, CPF medical schemes, and private health insurer guidelines for financial counseling.

Requirements:

  • SNB registration for nurses.
  • Diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Vlookup.
  • Passion for healthcare and patient service work.
  • Willingness to travel to different branches and work on Saturdays (half-day).
  • Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
