Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cooling Systems Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and guidance to ensure the smooth operation of our clients' chiller and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer service requests and on-site troubleshooting for chiller and HVAC systems
  • Providing expert advice and solutions to resolve technical issues
  • SUPPORTING AND GUIDING SERVICE TEAMS DURING SERVICING TESTING AND COMMISSIONING
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date service records and documentation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • At least 2 years' experience in chiller, HVAC, ACMV, or air-conditioning systems
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Possession of Class 3 driving license is an advantage
