Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to join our team at SingHealth Polyclinics. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of primary care services across our 10 polyclinics, ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of medical professionals in providing holistic care to patients, including managing acute and chronic medical conditions, and providing preventive care and medical care for women and children.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient flow.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices to ensure that our patients receive evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Basic medical degree registrable with the Singapore Medical Council.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Officer or equivalent.
  • Relevant clinical knowledge and skills in managing patients at the primary care level.
