As a seasoned project leader, you will oversee the successful delivery of projects while ensuring high-quality standards and stakeholder expectations are met.

The ideal candidate will have developed strategic plans, managed activities from initiation to closure, analyzed performance, and worked collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Developed business strategies, roadmaps, and operating models.
  • Managed product development and implementation processes.
  • Analysed product performance and redesigned as required.
  • Coordinated prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, performance, and post-launch support.
  • Worked effectively with stakeholders, team members, and vendors to ensure timely and quality release of products/enhancements.
  • Liaised positively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Documented project phases and ensured that all data related to the project was stored and accessible.
  • Provided regular and timely updates to stakeholders about project status.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 5 years of direct work experience in a project leadership capacity.
  • Experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Excellent communication, writing, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills to coordinate the actions of multiple parties.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage staff.
  • Knowledge of risk management to identify potential legal liabilities and take steps to mitigate them.
  • Certified Project Manager (CPM) is preferred.
