We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead our team in the planning, design, implementation, and management of integrated production and service delivery systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and communicate global, regional, and site Manufacturing Engineering strategies to the team.
  • Cultivate and support the growth of Manufacturing Engineers through coaching, mentoring, and training.
  • Recruit and retain top talent within the site, ensuring a strong succession plan is in place.
  • Drive improvement by monitoring key metrics and developing effective solutions.
  • Ensure standardization of Jabil processes across the site, aligning with global, regional, and site direction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Broad range of industrial engineering tools, including work measurement, simulation, process mapping, and workstation design.
  • Strong financial and analytical ability, with a proven track record of successful change management accomplishments.
  • Effective communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, with at least 7 years of experience in Manufacturing or related field, and 2 years of supervisory experience.
