Job Summary:

A Manufacturing Engineering Lead will oversee the planning, design, and implementation of integrated production and service delivery systems that meet performance, reliability, maintainability, and cost control requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers to ensure they are working efficiently towards project goals.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance department to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Analyze and validate production processes, creating protocols and reports as needed.
  • Develop procedures for assembly processes, including High Level Assembly (HLA), and train staff accordingly.
  • Assess and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and part requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Lead process improvements through continuous assessment and deployment of best practices.
