Key Responsibilities- Prepare and Serve Coffee and Beverages: Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and high-quality.
- Coffee Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that the coffee equipment is calibrated and maintained to produce consistent and high-quality coffee.
- Customer Service: Preserve and uphold excellent levels of customer service to ensure a positive experience for our customers.
- Service Training: Conduct service training to all other staff members to ensure a high level of service quality.
- Stock Management: Manage stock levels, including ordering and storage of products, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Cashier and Order-Taking Duties: Perform cashier and order-taking duties to ensure seamless customer transactions.
