
Hospitality Team Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
As a seasoned bartender with supervisory experience, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained while overseeing the daily operations of the bar.
You will work closely with management staff to plan, coordinate, and manage staff and services, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
In addition to supervising a team of bartenders, servers, and hostess, you will assist with recruitment, training, and development of team members.
You will also be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by providing a welcoming atmosphere and addressing customer complaints or feedback promptly.
Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a strong presence and leader amongst the team, setting a positive example.
- Supervise and oversee the bar staff, including bartenders, servers, and hostess.
- Assist with recruitment, training, and development of team members.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
- Work collaboratively with management staff to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience at a supervisory level within a bar or hospitality setting.
- Diploma/Degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
