Job Title: Energy Sector Sales Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our renewable energy sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing sales performance, and building strong relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the renewable energy industry.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Managing a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed their targets
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them
  • BUILDING STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS BY PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND SUPPORT

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A deep understanding of the renewable energy industry and market trends
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • A proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on customer relationship building
