Transformers and Renewables Market Development Manager

This role is a pivotal part of our APAC team, focusing on industry and renewable energy within the region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales and leadership, with a proven track record of delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute profitable growth strategies for industry and renewable energy segments in APAC, excluding China.
  • Collaborate closely with country leadership teams to drive strategic development and market share in these sectors.
  • Innovate and execute go-to-market programs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Build trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executives.
  • Monitor pipelines, forecast metrics, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Livest Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your actions and caring for colleagues and the business.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in business or engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the electrical power equipment industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills for both direct and indirect teams, with excellent communication, presentation, and influencing abilities.
  • Ability to juggle multiple account management projects simultaneously and flexible to occasional business travel when required.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
