Our client, a leading and world-renowned Sustainability Advisory Business, seeks a highly skilled **Renewable Energy Leader Asia Pacific **to join their dynamic team in Singapore.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Technical Expertise:

- Leverage extensive knowledge of renewable energy technologies to identify strategic opportunities and drive innovative technical solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful development and execution of cutting-edge renewable energy projects.

Stakeholder Management:

- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and local communities.
- Navigate intricate regulatory landscapes and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders to ensure seamless project implementation.

Leadership:

- Provide visionary leadership in renewable energy technology, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities to motivate and guide teams towards achieving ambitious renewable energy goals set by our client.

Scope 2 Implementation:

- Demonstrate a sound understanding of Scope 2 work, focusing on implementing renewable electricity projects in alignment with our client's sustainability objectives.
- Oversee the development and execution of strategies to meet Scope 2 targets, ensuring compliance with global sustainability standards.

PPA and Term Sheets:

- Lead the creation, negotiation, and execution of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and term sheets for renewable energy projects.
- Ensure all contractual agreements align with our client's sustainability objectives and comply with local regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications in Engineering w/ renewable energy or sustainability topics are highly desirable.
- Proven track record of successful technical leadership and project implementation in the renewable energy sector in the APAC region.
- Strong understanding of Scope 2 work and experience in implementing renewable electricity projects.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on motivating and developing high-performance teams.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
