We're seeking a skilled Quantitative Developer to join our global crypto trading team. Our team focuses on developing and executing systematic strategies across digital asset markets.

The ideal candidate will have strong Python expertise and a deep understanding of crypto markets, particularly in DEX-CEX arbitrage and decentralized market-making strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop Research Infrastructure: Create robust research and trading infrastructure in Python, utilizing NumPy and pandas for data analysis.
  • Collaborate with Traders and Researchers: Work closely with traders and researchers to prototype, iterate, and productionize new trading strategies.
  • Build Market-Making Tools: Develop tools for market-making and arbitrage between CEX and DEX, leveraging knowledge of liquidity dynamics.
  • Support Data Acquisition and Analysis: Assist in acquiring, processing, and analyzing large-scale time-series datasets for high-performance trading environments.
Requirements
  • 3+ Years of Python Experience: Hands-on experience in Python development, preferably in quantitative or data-intensive domains.
  • Strong Background in Time-Series Analysis: Solid understanding of numerical computing, data engineering workflows, and software engineering best practices.
  • Experience with Trading Systems: Familiarity with trading systems, backtesting frameworks, and modular code design.
  • DEX and CEX Arbitrage Expertise: Proven expertise in DEX and CEX arbitrage, with hands-on experience in market-making across AMM and order book models.
  • Self-Motivated and Independent: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a self-motivated and proactive attitude.
