Housekeeping Supervisor Role

  • As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our guestrooms, service areas, corridors, back of house, and public areas.
  • You will assist in the training and development of housekeeping attendants, working closely with them to prepare rooms and public areas to meet our high standards.
  • Effective communication with our Front Office team is crucial, as you will coordinate with them on room availability and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • In the absence of other supervisors, you will be responsible for performing their duties and ensuring continuity of service.
  • You will also be responsible for assisting in accidents or emergencies, reporting incidents to the Assistant Housekeeper or Executive Housekeeper as necessary.
  • Initiating and coordinating with the Executive Housekeeper on rooms requiring thorough cleaning and supervising the process closely is another key aspect of this role.
  • As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be expected to perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
