Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Relief Student Care Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing students, responding to their developmental needs, ensuring classroom discipline, delivering lesson content, providing guidance and supervision, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage students and provide individualized support to meet their educational and emotional needs.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning styles of primary school children.
  • Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless student care.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess genuine love and care for children, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to work as part of a team. WSQ Student Care or qualifications in community and social services would be an advantage.

Working Hours & Benefits

The Relief Student Care Teacher will work from 1.30pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday. We offer a competitive hourly rate based on suitability and relevant experience. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on young lives while developing your teaching skills.
