**Warehouse Operations Coordinator Job Overview**

This is an exciting opportunity to join our operations department as a skilled and organized Warehouse Operations Coordinator. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse, supporting the Operations Manager in coordinating daily activities.

About the Role:

As a motivated individual passionate about logistics and supply chain management, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Operations Manager in coordinating daily warehouse activities, including inventory management, supplier ordering, and stock taking.
  • Communicating with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Processing and managing inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Developing and implementing efficient procedures for managing warehouse stock and supplies.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of (X) years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the warehousing or logistics industry.
  • Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and software.
