Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Wireless Solution Development Team. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge wireless solutions using 802.15.4 technology, including Zigbee or Thread software debugging experience with sniffer tools and protocol analyzers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative wireless solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Perform code review, optimization, refactoring, bug hunting, and bug fixing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Design and develop unit, functional, integration, and interoperability tests, including automating tests when advantageous.
  • Work closely with product planning teams to understand system requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project status is accurately communicated.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with minimum 5+ years of experience with 802.15.4 technology.
  • Experience with Zigbee or Thread is highly desired.
  • Familiarity with engineering best practices: version control, unit-tests, and continuous integration.
  • Expert knowledge on low-level software debugging skills using GDB, emulators, JTAG, and more.
  • Fluent in performance and power optimization techniques.
  • Strong understanding of Zephyr and peripheral protocols: I2C, I2S, MSPI, UART, PDM, TDM, etc.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
