We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Talent Acquisition Lead to drive our recruitment strategy across the APAC region.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition plans to attract and retain top talent in the region. You will leverage your deep knowledge of the local market and extensive experience in recruitment to build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and deliver high-quality recruitment services that meet their needs.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruitment and business development, with a strong understanding of the APAC region and its labour markets. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in the APAC region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing them with expert advice and guidance on talent acquisition and management.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to assessing and presenting candidates.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to support client decision-making.
- Collaborate with colleagues across EMEA, LATAM, and North America to serve multinational clients.
- ~10 years of experience in recruitment and business development, preferably within an international environment.
- Strong expertise recruiting in the APAC region across multiple industries.
- Proven success in developing new business and managing key client relationships.
- Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate junior team members.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
